The key would not work. HP wanted all my personal info.?ok They wanted to verify I bought it but they wanted me to take a pic of the serial #'s.OK but the #'S are tiny and I would need to go buy a camera and send them a pic of the tiny f*&$)& #'s. They would not try and do somethingso that I would not have to go buy an expensive tiny number pic taking camera. Taking the fact that I bought it thru Amazon how freakin hard would it be to verify that I was the buyer????? I CAN SMELL A BIG CAN OF CRAP DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. BIG HASSLE Sent it packing!!!I don't give many bad reviews unless I see a problem that needs fixing.
