I liked the packet.

I took my mother to a memory care doctor. When I found out my mom not only had Alzheimer’s but also had Frontotemporal and Vascular dementia, I dove into every article I could find, searched for treatments overseas and finally found this.The consultant with whom we spoke told me that I couldn’t do anything to “fix” my mom. She gave her a prescription to make her downward slope a little more shallow, but she assured me that nothing would make her better.She didn’t know me. She didn’t know what to say. But I told her in the beginning that I don’t give up. She found out how true to that statement I am.She told my mom that we’d see each other in another six months. We certainly will.There are only pros. There’s only one con and that’s personal. I was just diagnosed with early onset dementia.I’ll start my own regimen right away.

I have been taking this product for only a week and I feel more energetic, at peace and feel healthier. I dont know whether its all in my mind but I can notice a difference. So........ I will continue taking this and see where it leads. The true test will be if my short term memory gets better. I plan on giving it 3 months before I judge and will report back. No funny taste, capsule is not too big and no heartburn. I guess everyone's different.Ok it’s been 4 months and can tell my memory is much sharper on healthy cell telomeres. I plan on staying on this permanently but if you plan on taking this better take GasXSo it’s been about 8 months and I continue to feel like my memory is sharper and I have a feeling of well being most days. I am going to stay on Telemere length long term. My skin looks healthy for a 68 yr old so I believe Telemere is helping

This is one of those situations where you can never be sure whether it's the supplements you take keeping you healthy, or whether you would be just as healthy without them. I take this and two other telomere-lengthening supplements, and have reached an age at which most people cannot live independently. I do. I cook for myself and often for others. I drive other people to doctor's appointments. I take mile-long walks with my dog. I take courses at the local university and maintain a 4.0 average.Yes, of course I am being very cautious right now during the COVID 19 pandemic, not attending any group gatherings and participating in classes and other meetings remotely, but I can hardly wait to be back to normal activities including volunteer work, which I sorely miss.Maybe I just have good genes, but it can't hurt to help nature along with a few easy to take supplements!

In buying this supplement, you're paying a premium for marketing and psuedo-industry packaging -- not worth it.I'm not in great health, and I spend more than I'd like to admit searching for anything that offers some promise to improve my situation, even marginally. I've had some successes, but this ain't one of 'em.I'm sufficiently convinced that the phenomenon that this product is intended to address is a contributor to issues related to aging and certain medical conditions. And I knew going in that this product was really a convenient way to package together some neutriciticals that are believed to abate (or reverse) the shortening of DNA telomeres. If you're looking to cut down on the number of pills/capsules, this could be an option. But set modest expectations, seriously.
