Upon first opening the box my first thought was “oh boy, here we go!”, I assumed it was going to be a pain to assemble. To my surprise it was ridiculously easy, even just by myself, and I was up and running... err... sitting within 10 minutes.Despite the low price this chair has a nice premium look and feel to it. It’s super comfortable and adjustable. The only slight nitpick is that when locked there is still some wobble, a bit more than chairs I’ve used in the past (I assured everything was fastened tightly), but it’s not enough to really bug me, especially at this price.My home office functions as a work office by day and a home music studio by night, so having the ability to raise the arm rests out of the way is fantastic. My previous chair had fixed arm rests which made noodling around on a guitar cumbersome because they always got in the way.Everything functions as advertised. The back support is great, the casters roll nice and smooth, and everything just feels right. I definitely recommend!

I bought this chair for our home office. It was fairly easy to assemble for someone like me who does that a lot. The chair is kind of comfortable but I didn’t like the way it doesn’t line up properly. I am a little picky with these things... one side is not matching with the other so the back shows a little difference between left and right arms. Not sure if it is the base or the back but you can clearly see on the seat alignment with the back, where they meet. Honestly, if it wasn’t assembled and hard to pack back, I think I would return it.

This chair seemed pretty nice at first, but only lasted a little longer than two years before completely falling apart. The upholstery cracked in numerous locations to the extent that the entire chair had to be replaced. Disappointed with this purchase.

I was searching for a comfortable quality office chair at a reasonable price that would fit under my home desk with a narrow opening. This chair was perfect! The arms flip up and out of the way, enabling me to slide the chair all the way under the desk. Padding in the seat, back, and arms are great. The lumbar back support is awesome and was the first thing I noticed when I sat down in it the first time.It is a bit larger than normal office chairs in terms of seat depth and overall width, which was a pleasant surprise. It swivels, rocks, and the ability to lock it down in one of 3 angles is a plus.The chair was easy to assemble. The only challenge you may have is the lower bolts on the seat back can be a bit difficult to line up due to the very nice thick padding. Just get a flashlight and someone to help you apply some pressure to hold the cushion down as you line up the bolts.One other thing to mention is that the Vanbow customer service was awesome. The first chair I received had a puncture hole in the back where it was damaged in shipping. Vanbow was extremely responsive to remedy the problem, and this alone gets them an additional star in my book.Last point is when another family member sat down in this chair the first time, they immediately asked me for the link to the product so that they could order one for themselves.Bottom line is stop searching the bazillion of chair options out there, and just order this one.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars but there's one aspect about it that bothers me a little. While the seat cushion is really soft, comfortable, and generally supportive, it isn't perfect. I have mostly acclimated to it after using a very firm chair for years, but it may not be to everyone's liking. The seat is 'puffy' until you sit in it for a few minutes, and in that time it feels tilted forward, like the rear part of the cushion is thicker. The ergonomics also makes you sit fully back to get the best seating position. It's an awkward feeling at first. I have to admit I was ready to pack it up and send back but gave it a few days. What I found is that within a few minutes it conforms to my sitting position and is actually pretty comfortable. But if you get up often, you go through the same thing every time you sit down. I like the chair when I am in it for an extended time, but wish it just wasn't so 'puffy' at first. Or maybe if there was an adjustment for seat angle it might feel better too. You may or may not experience the same. I weigh 220 so it may not react the same for lighter people.

Especially for the price this chair was well made. It was easy to assemble. Most desk chairs go to rather in pretty much the same way and usually the only issues are whether the holes were drilled in the correct places. If not it will be a difficult assembly. Mine was fine.I bought this chair to replace an old office chair which was killing my decrepit back, neck and shoulders. This was definitely an improvement.However it seems to be built with very large people in mind. The seat is extra wide and deep. Even with a tailbone type cushion and a lumbar support cushion it was was still huge. I'm 5'-10" and 210# and fairly broad. I still swim in it.I do most of my work standing now so it's not an issue for the few hours at the end of 12 - 20 hour editing sessions where I'm too tired to stand any more. It keeps me off the ground and doesn't introduce and new pain points so I consider it a win.But would I buy it again? Probably not just because of the size. But overall it's a bargain and probably a comfy one at that for people who are a bit broader in the saddle.

Easy to assemble, each to put to together with simple straight forward instructions. very comfortable for sitting at desk and using computer. For the money I believe you will be hard pushed to buy a better chair. I made the mistake of buying another more expensive chair from Ikea. It has given me really bad back problems as I sit in the chair for hours each day. I bought this however after reading the reviews and I am very impressed so far. I really hope it is as good in 1,2,3 years.
