It has decent suction power, but there r non tips small enough in diameter to where it actually pulls out black heads or white heads. Doesn't really pull anything out. Greatly decrease tip diameter sizes for pin point spot suction.

omg I am embarrassed to even include this photo but I’m sacrificing myself to show you all just how awesome this thing is.My nose is nasty y’all, I gave up extracting a long time ago because it was just overwhelming. This is a game changer for me, I’m so excited to see my face a month in.First time I steamed my face with a hot towel because I didn’t have time to shower and a good amount came out. The second time (later that same day mind you) an insane amount of nasty white was sucked right out of my face.The trick is to shower and do it at the very end. We have a little mirror in the shower my husband uses to shave which helps. This was from my nose, chin and part of my forehead.**Edited Update: I have realized that a lot of the build up I am getting out of the pore vacuum is dead skin, not sebum. But it’s still amazing and I find that I can do extractions right after as well.

Well, these types of gadgets, always sound great, but don't work worth a poo. But, this little machine does a great job and it really, truly DOES get the gunk out of your skin and it minimizes pores. I have had congestive acne my whole life and even though, I am now in my 50's, I still have oily skin and now a few wrinkles too. It has a setting for smoothing dry skin, as well, but I haven't tried that, yet. I was really baffled by the instructions and it referencing some sort of black export liquid. In the Q & A the seller explains it is not something that is included or needed. They need to revise their users manual! But all in all a good product.

It is extremely easy to use, BUT, it doesnt work at all for me. I'm not sure if the black heads I tried to get were too deep or what, I saw great reviews from other people so I wanted to give it a shot. The auction is VERY strong, if you leave it in one spot too long then of course it makes that spot red (mine is still there after 2 days), but I had no success getting anything to pop or be "sucked out" no pimples no blackheads no anything, and I tried it on my boyfriend as well with the same problem. All in all it was pretty disappointing, it was made well it has great suction tho so it could just be me, I'm gonna have to admit that the tips it comes with are pretty much all the same tho just for the record. Hopefully others have better luck than me!

I was skeptical at first. I have large pores and it seemed like I could never get them REALLY clean. But this does eliminate much of the sebum. I try to use this every day if not twice a day. If you leave it on one spot for too long, you will give yourself a hicky. Just keep slowly moving it around. I have used the aid of a facial steamer a few times so that opens your pores even more for cleaning. Haven’t tested the different light features.

Bought a similar one several years ago and it was useless -- minimal power made it completely ineffective and a waste of money so I was hesitant to order this one, but I trusted the reviews and ordered anyway and WOW! It really sucks! The power behind this little tool is surprising. It really is like a little vacuum for pores. If left in place for too long, it would probably create a "hickey." The rechargeable feature is nice and it's easy to operate. I'm not convinced the different light settings do anything but that's not the main attraction here. I'm really glad I ordered!
