Great Battery! I Recommend for Most!
Amazing battery! I use it with my Oculus Quest to extend the battery time. It lasts forever! I carry it in my backpack everywhere and have charged two phones simultaneously without issue. For many people, this battery may be a bit overkill. The two things that keep it from being a 5 Star: it should be noted that this is a large battery. It is quite thin, but it is very large and doesn’t slip in your pocket easily. Additionally, it is quite heavy. The second negative: it takes a long time to recharge, and I mean, a long time! Depending on the charging brick you use to plug it into the wall, I’ve had it take upwards of 8 hours to fully charge. That being said, the battery lasts a long time so I don’t need to charge often.I do a lot of traveling so I use it on the plane. Also, I don’t like plugging my phone into the USB power outlets in the airport so this has come in handy. My conclusion: if you have battery anxiety or need to have power available often then this is a great choice. If you just need something to top up your phone once in a while, then I would recommend going with something smaller and more portable.

It works
I use the power bank to charge my iPhone xs max and powerbeats pro and it works like it should. I use the quick charge slot for the iPhone and yes it does charge it quick. I like the slim design but it is fairly large at 7.76" x 3.378". I have let others use it to charge their Samsung devices and they like the quick charge as well. all in all I like my purchase and would do it again if need be.

BIG
I like how it's thing - but the portable charger itself is pretty big & somewhat heavy. I guess that's to be expected with 20,000mah. I returned and opted for the 10,000mah for the smaller size.

Great portable charger for all usb-c pd things!
Power delivery works great with my Macbook and Dell 7370 latitude. Its perfect for the rest of my devices and the slim form factor worked really well for storage in the front pocket of my backpack with out adding bulk.

Fairly Large LEDs stopped working after 30 days...
Products LED stopped working after one month. Still charges but no way to tell how much battery is left in the unit.
