Comfy & stylish
Really love our new garden furniture. Easy to order and quick delivery. Delivery man was really helpful too. I thought the furniture was going to be heavier than they are but the quality is much better than a cheaper set I purchased previously from a different company. The furniture looks really smart and the table is perfect size for eating. The coushions are a bit slippery due to the protective material used on the outside but they are firm and still very comfortable. I have carefully checked all the furniture and there are no tears and they look flawless. The table is very steardy and great quality. I would give a 5 start however the only thing that doesn’t come with the furniture is the clips that hold the sofas together. I would have liked to know that and I am now having to purchase those separately. Overall a brilliant product and we are happy we bought this.

Mouldy cushions within a month, ripped within six months
UPDATE: The cover has now ripped. Absolute rip-offCompletely changed my mind on this product and so hence this revised review. I stand by my initial comments in that delivery was good, the chairs are comfortable and they look good however, just 5 weeks from purchase and the cushions are black with mould. They have been covered with a proper protective cover supplied by the same company specifically for this set and we've not had a drop of rain or dew. There are a lot of cushions so it's not as though you can take them in every night. They are ruined and by nature so is the furniture set. Very very poor given the costs

Nice furniture and great service., they didn’t even quibble or charge extra for shipment to the Channel Islands.Seat cushion foam feels a bit hard when you sit down, but moulds nicely after a few seconds.Need sunglasses to sit on it as the cushions are so white, but that’s not a complaint, Very happy with in, and took longer to remove the wrapping than it did to assemble, (10 mins to put legs on the flat-packed table).

Great quality & very comfortable
good quality, looks great & is very comfortable when dining or lounging.Would definitely recommend.Note: There was a delay in delivery, however, as Harts communicated regularly to keep me informed about a situation outside of their control I feel 5/5 is justified as I am extremely pleased with my purchase

I was very happy with this set and the service from harts. Note the umbrella is a big cantilever thing with a crank handle. Set is loads better than b and q type fair, very impressive. The fixings were missing from the umbrella on arrival but one call and they were in the post. Worth contacting harts directly as they gave me a slightly better deal than Amazon (no Amazon commission I guess).very happy, recommend
