I have used other Herbal Goodness products and am very happy with their products. I started using the Guava Leaf capsules in the hopes it would help block carbs and help lower my A1C and my recent blood labs indicated it did. I have the Papaya Leaf tea, but have been so happy with the Guava capsules that I ordered two boxes of the Guava Leaf tea. Unfortunately, I was only able to buy one so I gave that box to a friend as her A1C is higher than mine. I will be happy when the Guava Leaf and the Gymnema tea are back in stock.

Very happy with the herbal goodness guava leaf extract brand. My hair is coming back. Belly went down a little. Sleep is better. I take a lot of vitamins. This is my only new vitamin In the Last 9 months. On my 3 rd bottle now. Very happy with results. A Low thyroid, taking blood pressure meds, hormone therapy and a autoimmune disorder contributes to my hair loss. I’ve tried black current oil, castor oil, collagen, biotin and hair vitamins over the last 5 years. Even did no poo sulfate free shampoo for 5 years. If you are on the fence - try this brand. I was not reimbursed or given any incentive to try these. I just saw the guava tea bags being promoted on a cooking talk show. Researched guava leaf benefits and decided to try them.

I like being able to take the guava leaf in a capsule but I wish they didn't contain the other ingredients. I would rather just have guava leaf tea

I can only say I "feel" this is doing my body good, not anything specific just an overall goodness. My family is enjoying it also. I have noticed that my hair is not falling out like it did beforehand and I'm noticing a lot of new hairs popping out of my hairline. Hopefully my thick hair will be in full force before much longer.

These are easy to take, have no taste or funky smell.I was so hoping guava leaf would help my sleep in this era of COVID19. I have found it useless for good sleep. They do contain magnesium stearate and I prefer supplements that do not contain additives and flowing agents like magnesium stearate.I will not buy in the future and given my experience I would not recommend them to friends and family.

Good price - have not used long enough to determine its effectiveness. Would purchase again.
