Perfect for a 2018 BMW K1600GT
This combined with a socket adapter is what you need for the filter portion of the oil chance. No crush washer needed for the filter. I buy this every year, no problems, no leaks. Once I screw on the filter and tighten with a torque wrench, I slap on a filter magnet underneath the filter to catch any metal particles; the magnet sticks great.

This is the same as the BMW Filters, Mahle make them for BMW and charge far less for them without the BMW stamped on them, superb low micron filters, better than K&N

Good R1200RT filter
I read that these guys make the BMW brand filter that sells for 2X and is identical. Seems to be when compared side by side. Wish I had taken a photo before I chucked the old one. I have also used the HiFlo replacement and seen no difference in my bike 80K+ miles of performance. Still runs fine!
