Excellent hose! My only two gripes are that it tangles easily (like all other expanding hoses), and it seems like the house will probably fail at right next to the connections because a lot of stress gets put in that area.

Purchased long time ago. And couple months ago when my mom uses them to water the plants and found out the hose star to leak. Contact the customer service. They were nice to refund half of the price. Definitely will get another one if I needed.

Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the soap dispenser is flimsy and doesn’t screw on all the way at times.

Started using the hose a couple of months ago for my car washes, loved how easy it is to store and worked great at first. This hose setup was not used heavily or abused, maybe under 10 car washes. I'm in NY with winter just ending.First, I noticed a leak between the soap dispenser(Unique Detachable Solvent Bottle for Car Washing) and sprayer. I figured, whatever because I dont need that piece, it was extra, but then I noticed a small leak between the connector and hose on the same side the sprayer is connected. At first, I thought it was the sprayer connection and I changed new washers, but no luck, the leak is definitely between the coupler and hose, which is extremely frustrating!

I fill the container with Car Shampoo, and I can wash my entire car with no mitts or rags. So, no scratches. I have not tried with a really dirty car, but a week of road grime washed away in a few minutes with little effort. Easy to switch between Soap and Clear Water for rinsing.Hose seems sturdy with metal connectors. I gave a slight ding to Reliable as all spray heads will leak eventually. And, this one seems like it will someday, but so far so good.

So far so good. I love how it shrinks back to a small little pile. So far, this has been a great product.Update: used only a few times last summer. Went to use this spring and the hand sprayer is broken, even though I stored it indoors for the winter. The sprayer leaks around a seam in the plastic and also doesn’t shut off. The sprayer handle does not open and close the valve inside. I cant figure out if it can be replaced because it has its own attachment and not a typical one.

I have been lugging and tugging my big green hose around for years. It's a bear to put away in the hose pot. The instant I picked this hose up I was so happy. I followed the instructions and let the water flow through the hose. I love the spray nozzle but one thing...white lettering on yellow is hard to see on adjusting the water flow. I am going to take a permanent marker with a fine tip and write the options so I can see it. I am looking forward to using the solvent container as well.

Wow.....!! This is One of the best light weight and with great selection of the water pattern. Highly recommend. Just arrived and want to give a review. Doesn’t know about the durability but I will update the review. I’m sure the this is a high quality. By you the product you can feel the luxury and quality. Wow..!!!!! I’m updating my review this hose was purchased on Feb 27 2020 and now it’s broken by the water attach side inner tube is leaking when I cut to see the inner tube is made of flexible rubber tube it’s not built to last. I never used that much only used in last one half year is May be 50-80 times. This is not recommended and not a good deal for the money you spent.
