Largest Goji Berries Purchased though Amazon to Date
I buy a lot of Goji berries through Amazon. I typically buy the two or three pound packages. I purchase based on price and change brands frequently. The quality of the product and the price can vary quite a bit.These berries are very good. They are high quality. What is remarkable about them, is that the individual berries are larger than any I have purchased. There are also no 'sweepings' in the package.The only downside is that the residual moisture in these berries is very low. I prefer the berries not to be as completely dried-out as these are, although by no means as juicy as grocery store raisins. In addition, the price while low for Goji berries is not the lowest 'out there'.

Brick of Berries, and Rocks
My first two bags were good, dry and did not discover any large rocks. My third bag was moist, and inside was one large berry brick. Moist berries are bad because more is paid for water, and they are more likely to get moldy. I spent 30 minutes separating the berries and putting in open jars for the refrigerator to dry out. I also found two rocks, one the size of a pea and the other 1/2 pea size. Will not buy again.

These are the best
These were the best goji berries I have bought so far on Amazon. They were not hard and dry but rather were moist. Really really good.

Hard and compacted berries....
The berries were extremely compacted within the package. Returned out of fear that they were too compact to separate without being a sticky mess. Fresh resembles moist to me. Speculate whether the package I received are actually fresh. This is my first purchase of goji berries online so maybe this is the norm. I hope not!

Would not recommend or buy again
The berries clump together in a brick and have to be pulled apart unlike most of this kind which can be a tad bit sticky but loose. A different way to eat it, but not a problem. The issue is that there are stems and when eating a clump there is a grit to the berries as if dirt may be mixed in. Have tried a couple different brands of goji berries, but none have had a residual of granular to remain minutes after eating. Would not recommend or buy again, but if you like extra crunch of earth then this may be up your alley.
