I like this product. I bought it to augment/replace a hand-held vacuum sealer gun I have. The bags for this machine are less expensive than the ones with the valve that you press the sealer gun against. If you are willing to take the time to cut bags individually, the rolls of bags are especially economical. Vacuum sealing keeps all frozen products better. I have had meat and fresh frozen peas in my freezer for a year and they come out with no freezer burn and tasting fresh.The reason I did not give this sealer 5 stars is because the clip on the left side lock broke after about a year. You have to press down firmly on both sides in order for the machine to suction out all the air from the bag. The plastic tab that catches and holds the lock broke off. I can still use the sealer by manually holding down the left side while I use the vacuum function. But, it is inconvenient and I would have expected it to last longer. Ideally the catches should be made of metal. But, stronger, less brittle plastic would suffice.

Update: Sadly this item does not work long term. Today I brought it out after shopping to seperate family sized packs of meat. After 2 times it started smoking and I unplugged it. It continued smoking for a while ....former: I have been wanting one of these for a while. I honestly did not want to buy a really expensive one because sealers do not have the best reputation. So I read a lot of reviews and picked this one. I finally needed it today and it was so easy to use. I broke down some family size packages of meat into meal sizes to go into the freezer. It was actually faster doing it with the sealer than with ziplock bags. I am so happy I bought this!

This vacuum sealer is easy to use, rarely fails to seal the bag and saves me money. As a single person, it didn't make sense to buy the "family packs" of meats that were often on sale, but now I buy the larger sizes of chicken breasts, pork chops, steaks and seal and freeze them individually for use when I want them. I like it so well that I have given this sealer as housewarming and Christmas gifts.

It works well. I found it difficult to position the opening of the vacuum seal. If the bags had tabs that would lock to sealer it would be perfect. After some practice I was able to get right.

It was easy to use once I got the hang of it. Now I can buy more in bulk with confidence.

This Vacuum sealer broke after only 6 months of light use. I would use it once to twice a week at most to seal my coffee beans in or meat that I bought. It worked okay while it did, but the durability of this is lacking.

Was a gift. Didn't receive any complaints...

The sealer works perfectly and had a great price.

2019年11月29日購入20年1月1日爪が折れてロックできなくなったので自力で押さえて真空させなければならなくなりました。そのまま3回使用したらバキュームも弱ったのか真空にならなくなりました。1ヶ月保証なので、2日後壊れた感じです。保証されないギリギリです。ただのでかいシーラーになりました。見た目で選んだ結果、失敗でした。以下、購入直後のレビューです。↓↓↓↓↓まだ数回ですが使ってみました。簡単に真空にできて商品には大満足です。真空パック用の袋が30枚付きだと思っていたのに、数えたら26枚でした。ちょっとのことなので連絡していませんが、少し損した気分になってしまいました。あと、ボディに指紋が付きやすく、目立ちます。

しばらく使ったら、蓋のロックが効かなくなって、使用できなくなり、他の製品を購入しました。蓋のロック部分の材質に問題があるのではと思いました。

数回使ったら両サイドロックの爪がかけてしまい、よく見たら爪の部分がチャチ‼︎それからバキュームがなったり、ならなかったりで使い物にならないです‼︎

真空とパウチは別々に行うので単なるシーラーですね。チャックついてる手動でポンプアップして使うタイプのが良いです。買うだけ損なのでやめることをオススメします。
