Keto doesn't mean low carb only .I don't want to explain the details study yourself. Besan has 1tbs=13g net carb,.it's not considered keto.Low carb yes may be .but I ate this one and then checked my sugar level spiked.The cookies are tasty but now my 2.5 mt of hardwork is destroyed by it .please name them low carb and not keto.i got to restart my journey and you don't know how difficult that is .

This could have been a snack for keto, but unfortunately for taste they seems to add Sucralose and Margarine, which is not at all healthy. If it is taste then I could go for plenty of junk foods outthere.

It’s a little bit pricy, but definitely a go considering about the taste and low carbs. I use to take snacks at tea time and find it very difficult snacks low on carbs. This cooks is very tasty and very low on carbs. Love the taste.Will update more after tasting other products from this store

Taste was bland for the besan variety and almond content not commensurate with the price and hype
