Order the next size down.
If you wear a half size order the next size lower (usually you order the next size up, not with these sandals). I ordered the size 11 and they were way to big, I measured the sandals and they were not a size 11. I ordered the size 10 and they fit just fine (I wear a size 10.5). To top that off, even though there site states “free returns” I had to pay to return the sandals before they would replace with the size 10 sandals. There customer service is not good.

No working customer service number
Way too large. Las I ordered two pairs and the second pair was totally the wrong size; sizing could have been my fault its been weeks since I notified them but I still haven't heard back from the company. The customer service number is disconnected. Looks like I have to eat $65. Wish I knew someone I could give this sandals to.
