Naksha Iron Tawa with Handle, 14 Inches, Black

I was for a long time on hunt for a good dosa pan as we very are very fond of not only the taste and crunchiness of dosa but also how the dosa looks- golden brown with the color being evenly spread and the dosa looking absolutely delicious and that's what this pan delivers. It weighs around 3 kgs so takes time to heat up but definitely heats up evenly and delivers some great results.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this product. This product is not flat (but this tuwa is not like a dosa tawa. ) At least I want to say that the price of this tawa is very expensive. The price of this product will be ₹500 above.(It is very costly.)

My husband is a huge fan of dosas particularly large crispy dosas, making them on non stick is easy but I was concerned with the Teflon coating issue... and was never confident enough to buy an iron dosa tawa for I thought it would be very difficult to maintain and also use dosa would need a lot of scrapping to separate from the tawa... but I somehow took the leap and boy am I delighted to be using this tawa... It makes perfect, crispy dosas and makes everyone in my house happy . Cleaning is as easy as it can get and also with a little bit of oil... there is no hazare in removing the dosa from the tawa

An average product. Heavy & sturdy. Good traditional dosa tawa.Overly priced. Delivery takes ages. Edges are very sharp at places. Should've been finished properly. Even the spatula has sharp edges. So one has to be careful while handling & cleaning.Instructions regarding seasoning are not clear. In the description it says, it's pre-seasoned. But, in the questions section, the seller has replied to one of the questions that it needs to be seasoned first. So one isn't clear whether it's pre-seasoned or needs seasoning. No seasoning guide is provided with the product.

I brought the product hesitantly since it was not from a known brand but to my utter surprise it turned out to be an excellent purchase in terms of product quality and value for money. Yes the product is quite heavy and a bit uncomfortable to handle for quickies but that also talks about the quality of the product. My first dosa itself was so crispy and evenly cooked that I have already started liking it.

It worked for a brief time after that dosa just stopped coming out you do whatever..its like a fight every time.

I seasonsed it and used it the next day. Dosa came out well except the first one as expected. It is heavy and big enough. Slightly costly , otherwise no issue.

It's the best buy for us.. Sturdy and the ultimate dosa tawa. It has refreshed our memories of eating dosa at local tambhi shop.first attempt of making dosa was bit tedious since we were used to non stick cooking. But now in last 7 days my wife has learnt the trick. This tawa makes amazing dosa's. A family who frequently makes dosa should go for it. Yes product packaging can be improved. But product and build quality is amazing.
