Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root. It's often used to make delicious Brazilian crepes. For a pancake/crepe: Add 5 tablespoons of Ubaya Tapioca in a non-stick frying pan of approximately 21 cm in diameter. It does not need oil or butter. Model the Tapioca as a pancake. Add the desired filling. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the Tapioca as a pancake. Fold over and serve. You can make savoury Tapiocas with cheese filling, tomatoes and basil, meats or even dessert Tapioca with fruit filling, sliced banana with hazelnut cream spread, condensed milk and much more.
