Hanayome Men's British Style Leisure Business Suit Dress Vest Waistcoat VS08

Bought for our groomsmen and my husband to wear at our wedding. The fabric and colors are gorgeous and it's literally one of my husband's favorite pieces of clothing to wear. All the guys have worn them multiple times since the wedding. Fit is pretty good although a couple of the guys did have them tailored slightly for a "perfect" fit (very rarely does one find something off the rack that fits perfectly so to speak) Looks great with slacks or jeans (husband wore recently to our baby shower with jeans, white button down and no tie and looked very handsome if I do say so myself. For the wedding all the guys wore with black slacks, black ties and white button down shirts, no jackets (except the groom) and they looked fantastic. Cheaper than renting or buying suits for the groomsmen and very suitable for an outdoor garden wedding. We actually gave them to the guys with ties as part of their gifts.

This vest is great. My husband loved it. He's a big man and it fits him wonderfully. He was very pleased with it and wears it often to work. He receives many compliments regarding it. It can be dressed up or just be casual - works either way.

This will make a good odd best in my collection.It's a little baggy on me but not bad.I'm 6'2 170lbs 40inch chest 32 inch waistAlso I'm not a fan of the sewn in pocket square.Overall I like this vest and recommend this brand.

Buying clothes online is always difficult. I went with this company because I've previously purchased many a vest from Hanayome's by referencing their sizing chart. The downside, is that the sizes seem to be inconsistent from style to style. Overall, its an affordable vest that'll be good to wear from time to time, but I'd rather invest the time and money into finding a good fitting vest out in the real world.

Black with thin red plaid pattern with brown buttons that closely match the plaid. (You barely notice it.) It has a little handkerchief that's attached permanently in the pocket peeking out. This looked really nice under a black jacket with a black tie. It even went well with a darker gray shirt!

I've purchased 4 of these vests and have been very pleased with the style and fit.

A solid piece of clothing. I believe I received a good value product.The only criticism is that there are no pockets. The pockets are only for decoration. They do not open and hold cargo.I would recommend this product.

I ordered the red waistcoat. I needed it by a certain day, so I contacted the seller. I believe that there is only one seller here on Amazon for the product. She, who I have refrained from naming here due to privacy reasons, was EXTREMELY nice and guaranteed the waistcoat be delivered on the day I asked, and it was. That feat was marvelous, especially due to International Shipping! As to the waistcoat. I LOVE the colour, and it fit me very well. I think that a nice, subdued or brighter, solid-coloured tie would go nicely with the checked pattern. I made sure that I checked the measurement/size chart before I purchased it so that I didn't have to send the item back and forth over the Pacific. It fit me really well. The cloth, made out of cotton, is quite thick, and is also warmer than what I anticipated. I would guess that it would be suitable for temperatures around 50-70 degrees F with a coat, but I am also naturally cold. I think the only problem I have with it is that there are no pockets! There are only flaps there! The upper left chest pocket, the one with the silver thing in it, is real, though. If it were not for the pockets being nonexistent, I would, without doubt, buy more of these. I guess that I'll just have to find a tailor who can either cut some new ones or sew on some patch pockets.
