Extremely Satisfied!
I struggled with finding an office chair that met a good balance between cost and features. It's difficult when you can't try them before buying; so much so that I almost purchased one from Staples out of frustration. So I researched and compared and read reviews. This chair checked all my requirements but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. After weighing the pros and cons of buying a cheaper chair, I decided to purchase this one. I am so very impressed with this chair, that I felt compelled to share my feedback.PROS1) Packaging was meticulous. Everything was placed and wrapped well.2) Assembly was a snap. Instructions were easy to follow.3) All the bolts and caps had one extra.4) The best Allen wrench ever provided, lol. Seriously, it had a nice handle attached.5) Comes with 2 sets of caster wheels, one being very nice rollerblade style for extra smooth mobility especially on carpet.6) The chair is heavy and sturdy with an aluminum base. Everything felt durable and high-quality.7) Ergonomics are superb. Very supportive and comfortable.8) Folding armrests, which was something I was looking for specifically.9) Comfortable, adjustable headrest.CONS1) The only con, which is not an issue as long as you are aware before you buy, is that it is a tad bit tall, even at its lowest position. I am 5'10" and will use it at the lowest position. If you are shorter than that or have shorter legs, it may be an issue. Also, the default caster wheels (no blade style), are about an inch shorter, so that is an option if you need it.So far, I am extremely satisfied with everything about this chair. It is well worth the cost. I haven't sat in it for long periods of time yet, but if anything changes, I will update my feedback accordingly.I hope this helps someone else who is researching which chair to buy. The struggle is real, lol!

Great chair and Satisfied Customer A+
This chair was very quick to assemble, it did not take me hours. Everything you need comes in the box with even extra screws in case one goes missing. The box came nicely packaged, none of that cheap brown box with items just thrown into it. The presentation from this brand felt very nice and it was my initial feeling when I received the chair. As I opened the box I found every part packaged with other extra little boxes inside to keep everything more protected which I appreciated. Surprisingly, I assembled it in less than 10 minutes. The directions are very straightforward and easy to follow. The chair is a mid-size chair so it doesn't take up a lot of space but still can accommodate an average-sized adult (I am 6 foot 1 inch tall, and 180lbs). If you need extra space this chair is great because you can put the arms up and slide the chair into your desk to create more space. It's very comfortable and I am very pleased with it. I like the fact that the fabric is breathable and easy to clean. It is firm but supportive with some bounce to it. More importantly, it breaths and ventilates so I can sit in it and work for hours! If you need extra cold air, I sometimes place a fan behind me and I can feel the air going through the mesh backrest. The high adjustable headrest is a bonus if you want to recline resting your head. It offers great back support with excellent lumbar support, the most comfortable office chair I have ever had. The chair is adjustable for various heights and reclining tension. You can also make the chair lock at the upright position does it doesn’t recline. The chair swivels very smoothly and the added roller blade wheels let me glide across my wooden floor effortlessly. This is well-engineered chair which is intuitively user-friendly. This is an amazing business chair for your office or for your at-home office, and don’t forget gaming and lounging while watching a movie! I’m very happy with my purchase. 5 Stars.

Great chair for the money although to tall
Overall-Great back and butt supportGreat air flow so you don’t feel sweaty or stick to chairGreat Smooth wheels to move around on tile floorGreat- blue colorGreat- arms- that you can raise arm out of the wayGreat to ok -price for quality (IMO)Great- quality so far nothing is broken. Although when you title to the size (which you should’t) it make a weird noiseGreat to Ok- build process was fairly easy. If you build Ikea furniture you can do this. Is a chair that come in a box so we don’t have to go to Office Depot and pick it up. it has a few screws so you don’t fall, do not expect it to be 2min. Takes more like 15-30minOk-headrest could get improve by allowing it to go higher, but currently for my size is perfect. I see bigger build person having issues with headrest if tilting on the chairOk - back tilting of chair (although I wish you can lock it at any angle. It only allows for straight up or tilted all the way, no in between)Bad - that arm don’t lock at other angles other than all the way down(parallel) or up(vertically)Bad - chair does not lower enough with the rubber wheels to allow for full foot and floor contact to provided good ergonomic for someone 5’10 or smallerThis chair is wonderful. Support and comfortable for long periods of work. Please note that I consider myself average build (5’10 , 180lbs)while reviewing this chairThe chair truly is comfortable to work in. Yet provide adequate support while giving you that airy feels. My favorite thing is the mesh support for both the spine and butt area as I tend to get hot easy and sweat so I get uncomfortable on cloth chair easy. This chair provides adequate air flow to counter that.My only flaw that I see is the high or more precise how short the chair doesn’t go. (Please note I choose to install the smoother rubber wheels and they are bigger in size) when the chair is at the lowest setting my feet barely rest fully flat on the floor. This is a ergonomic problem as proper/adequate posture while seating requires to have both feet planted flat on the floor. I counter that buy using a foam roller underneath my feet as I tend to roll them back and forth and also use a standing desk, so I alternate between seating and standing position quite often.
