Excellent for recovery from post-exertional malaise & fatigue.
I have fibromyalgia & CFS. A new treatment plan I saw from Dr. Nancy Klimas (see https://vimeo.com/ondemand/klimasexercise) recommended using this type of product after exercise. I have been using them daily for over a week, and I feel that the post-exertional malaise is much improved by using this product. If you have fibro/CFS or know someone who does, please refer them to Dr. Klimas' video and this product.

tastes great without the sugar or artificial sweeteners
My son and I both love this product. It's not super sweet so you can chug all you want. And just carrying the tablets is so much lighter than carrying multiple bottles of electrolytes around if you are outside in the summer heat for any length of time. I just refill my water bottle and drop a tablet in whenever I want. 16 per tube. I always have a tube in my bag. My son swims and he has one in his gear too. And it's cheaper here than at my local Whole Foods.

OVERCOME MY EXPECTATIONS
I needed a product to keep my electrolytes up because I was required to drink a lot of water with a medication. I prefer this flavor over others, enjoy it as a beverage, and felt better after drinking it. One of the side effects of the medication is nausea, which is counteracted by this drink (probably because of the ginger). I am very happy with this product and have since ordered more.

Okay at best
Nothing special here. The gimmick is fun - a fizzy tablet instead of powder or liquid flavoring for your water. However the tube is only so-so for dispensing the product, and the lid isn't attached to the tube. A single tablet can't be dropped directly from the tube into water, you instead have to tilt it and fish one out (which is a little annoying.) The flavor is pretty sub-par in my opinion... reminds me a bit too much of the "Emergen-C" powder that is used for colds. Wouldn't call this tangerine, closer to a medicinal orange flavor, and the ginger is non-existent. I might try another flavor and see how it goes, but overall this one is needs to go back to the drawing board.
