Do not buy because it had a zero benefits
Used it and had no effects or advantage.I felt it was waste of money and time to buy it as it did not reached any level of expectations.I feel I and rest of buyers have been mislead on all aspect of this product.I tried one , two and even three at one time and no good at all.I even planning to ask for a refund of misleading information and the product quality to meet the actions mentioned in the prescription which the seller mentioned about the product.

Better than most brands
It really made a difference to my energy levels when I woke up first thing in the morning and actually helped me sleep too. I think that's the magnesium. I'd buy this again.
