Haberdashery Wholesale Soft Flat Elastic Tape 12.5mm (16 cord) - Black

Trying to get really soft elastic for my underwear. Have had softer, but can't seem to find any now. This is OK, but not as soft as I would like it.

As expected and works perfectly for me to make some lightweight race number belts with 3/8inch plastic buckles.

The item arrived very dirty and stained.

It's elastic. What can I say?

After my initial order was less than ideal, Paula was only to happy to set it right and sent out a replacement order and was genuinely mortified/surprised by the error. These are strange times, mistakes can happen, what matters is how we deal with it, and this seller couldn't have responded any better.The product was just what I wanted, just less than described.
