I bought these bandanas to try my hand at making non-sewing face masks. In the UK we "members of the public" are discouraged from using surgical-quality masks because of the shortage of PPE for health professionals. We are from time to time (government inconsistent on this) advised to wear some kind of face covering, at least in confined spaces. I'm not sure how effective these bandanas are for making masks that at least reduce Covid risk to others (rather than the wearer) as the material is a bit flimsy - I put a folded paper towel in the mask for, hopefully, additional "filtering" - but better than nothing, and I've now ordered some more in different colours. They did leak some colour on first washing, but not really in subsequent washings.

when i unpacked them i initially thought they stiching wasnt great and the fact it said 100% cotton on it in print was a put off but once i put it on I realised its all good these things are not noticeable so I am happy with them because the price is great and they look good or menacing depending on your plans 😂👍

Disliked the fact that the description on Amazon clearly states these items are 100% cotton, I sew and buy fabric so I know cotton when i see it and they were not made of cotton fabric or even polyester cotton they are some kind of synthetic nylon type fabric so no use for using as a face covering as would be very sweaty and not breathable - the real point is however false advertising. They are also made in China!! so what do you expect my own fault I suppose for not checking though again some mis-information in the advert when it says" UK seller" - what does this exactly mean?? Looking at the other reviews I think that different items are being sent out probably according to the supply chain as mine are most definitely NOT 100% cotton. Amazon please have words with this seller in regards to misleading advertising!! All in all a very cheap and nasty product.

Transparent thin and rough spaced out cotton fibers similar to linen. When dry, requires ironing. Five minutes after you use the bandana, it's looking like a mess. Here in the picture is a 40 year old much used American bandana. The thread count looks to be 10 x the Chinese product. As you can see the Chinese bandana simply looks bad. I tried to buy from other merchants in amazon but they all sell the identical same very cheap chinese product. Avoid.

Colours are really nice and strong, they will fade with time which is a good thing when they look like ' as used ' condition. Cotton is sheer and light, and size is good. I forgot that I use a 27 inch size usually, these are 22 inch but still adequate for bandit face mask style, but not for headgear I would sill use 27 inch size for head. Overall, a good item, I'll buy some more in different colours later on.

Just look at the picture, you can see that the material is not suitable for human interaction. PLUS the color blue is bright not pale as shown in picture.Karen.

Just as described... lovely vibrant colours. A little thinner in texture and didn't quite feel like cotton as I expected. Never the less washes well and a good size to wear as a head wrap without layers of material or adapt as a face mask.

I usually buy these types of bandanas locally but due to the current situation I bought online. The delivery was quick and I was really pleased with the quality of the material. I use them to cover my hair when exercising to stop the perspiration from running into my eyes and I haven't had any colour transfer either. I consider myself to have a big sized head and these bandanas fit great. Will buy more in other colours , especially as you get three in a pack.
