Good heavy duty trailer tire
Installed and tow well. Good stiff trailer tire sidewall. Do not use LT truck tires on trailers. ST tires only

Excellent Choice!
Great tires, I have been having tire issues since I purchased the trailer, this is the first set that has actually held up. I put 30,000 miles on my trailer annually, this set of tires have been wearing quite well and ride much better than the previous set of tires that were another brand. The shipper actually boxed the tires for shipping, where as the last set I bought of another brand was not packaged.

Ply rating...What a hoax....14 ply tires I bought had on 3 ply polyester sidewalls and blew out in a heartbeat
Last year I bought a set of 4 Samson 235/80/16R tires for my 34' Cardinal 5th wheel only because the manufacturer uses the cheapest NO NAME tire to sell their units...The tires I bought were the same size and ply as the mfr recommended....I learned a horrible lesson....Ply rating means very little.....Two of the new tires blew out within 2000 miles....$5500 damage to the trailer, I had some insurance to help.....I looked at one of the 14 ply tires today that did not blow out and the sidewalls are only 3 ply polyester,,,Where is the steel belt? The tire distributor said my tires blew because the air got to hot and increased pressure caused the blow outs...Tomorrow I am installing 4 Hercules ALL STEEL tires with steel, not polyester sidewalls...Manufacturers make all kinds of claims to ply. speed rating and other information that only confuses the consumer and sells a product that is certainly less than what you believe you are buying...The internet can certainly give you some straight facts
