Party favor quality but not business advertising quality.
My mistake for not realizing the difference between plastic and rubber. These are definitely plastic. The quality was very thin, opaque in its thinness! This is not the quality I wanted business advertising on, but might be fine for party favors. I sent the package back for a refund and that went through quickly.
