This item works super well used for over ten yrs and will not use any other I tried others and this is the BEST

Disregard all negative reviews on this product. I have been wearing these for 30+ years, and they are the best external caths on the market! Mistakes that people make are these:1. The skin HAS to be clean. A "sink bath" does not do the job. You HAVE to take a shower or bath to remove oils ECT that interfere with proper adhesion.2. If you can't take a shower or bath, you MUST purchase "skin prep pads" that do the same thing.3. You must wear it properly, it it primarily designed for use with a leg bag and there can be no tension or "pulling" on the Cath. Adjust where the bag sits on your leg so all pulling is eliminated.4. When the bag begins to fill and you feel tension on the Cath, empty the bag.5. Not design for a Foley bag, turning in bed will cause the Cath to come off (tension). It is not made for "true" bed use. It has to allow urine to flow downward. Any urine that builds up in the Cath itself because it is not allowing gravity to drain will result in the Cath falling off.

But was to small

These latex are better for his skin. Size does matter. 31mm is a little too big. I will purchase smaller size. Wish they came in a 29mm. A 30mm would work better. Possibly a 28mm will be fine. The condom catheters keeps my husband dry.

I am an old man, so need to urinate quite often. I also drive for Uber making restroom breaks a problem. These Coloplast Freedom Caths let me keep driving, so I earn more mony. They solved my problem!

All of these external condom catheters seem to be designed to slip off easily so they people need to consume more of them. How hard could it possibly be to add a small stretchable loop at the base to secure around the scrotum and how could this poor design possibly have continued to sell for so long? The slightest but of backflow dilutes the adhesive and off they pop, every single time.
