It is completely unflavored and I add it to primarily my coffee in the morning but when I'm on the go I add it to my smoothie. I love the clean ingredients of this product.I plan to update my review after using this product for awhile so I can share how its working since it's too soon to share my health and skin changes.

I'm not one to enjoy any powdered substance. To me they are all awful. I started taking Primal Collagen Peptides post shoulder surgery to help healing. It's been three weeks today. Now I'm not sure about how it helps healing but I am sure I have new hair growth on my hair line. And that's a bonus. This powder has no taste and mixes easily. I put it into a shot of juice and take it down. It does increase your energy and once absorbed on an empty stomach, it makes you hungry. The stuff works. That's what I can tell you!At three weeks, once a day, I've used half of the 1.2lb jar. Twice a day should last a month. It's worth it.

Been wanting to try a flavorless collegian to help out with my skin but it’s kind of expensive no matter the brand until I saw this brand & EBT actually covered the cost! 😄 It doesn’t seem to always be EBT eligible so if it’s not just keep checking back.It’s got a mild earthy “barn yard” smell & an extremely mild taste. It mixes completely well with tap cold water, not ice cold water, or when mixed with say, coconut water it gets a little gloppy. Probably due to other ingredients in coconut water & juice. I tried it the 3rd day with powdered spirulina & powdered greens & it mixed cleanly except a little glob in the bottom but more cold water fixed that. It feels in a strange way, refreshing & eye opening to drink it!I’d suggest using a shaker, stirring leaves it too gloppy. Dollar stores have perfect small shakers if your like me & you don’t want to spend $15+ dollars for something you only use once a day! 😄Most importantly Primal Kitchen Collagen powder does NOT contain whey proteins. I’m horribly allergic to whey & the ever so “trendy” Vital Proteins DOES contain whey proteins but from the list of ingredients I didn’t see it mentioned. I had to do some online research to find that out or I’d have been in big trouble!Update 9/7/22: So you see Jennifer Aniston mixing her brand of collagen into her coffee for the commercial…. 😵‍💫 I tried it because of seeing her do it, I don’t recommend it! It’s funky. Too each their own.Update again 3/12/23: I’ve been using this since 8/2022 & the mild “barn yard” smell definitely isn’t as noticeable & it hasn’t upset my stomach even once! It contains only collagen type 1 for skin & doesn’t contain type 2 for joints however… maybe it’s just me, but I find my knees less grinding then usual. So maybe in some way it’s helping?! I’ll have to do some research! 🙂

Mixes perfectly in coffee, cocoa, cold drinks, even yogurt. My main concern was that weird bone smell, but there’s absolutely nothing. It’s totally neutral and that’s what makes it so great. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. My favorite collagen powder! It is fine powder, with no real taste to it. Even if I drank it with just water, instead of mixing it in smoothies, it has almost no taste to it. It does clump if I put it in hot liquid, like coffee. But thats no unusual.I notice. HUGE difference if I don't use it for a week. My nails are so much stranger and grow way faster than ever before. My skin feels softer and not as dry. My hair does feel a little thicker, but that's a bit harder to notice than the nails and skin 😆Highly recommend this! I have tried others,, but bought this one several times and its the only one I will buy now.
