Great product, good value for money
Great product, good value for money. Prompt shipping and was packaged very well. Spoke to the manufacturer who kindly took the time to explain how to care for it. Simply Apply a thin film of mustard oil and keep the wood seasoned. Seems sturdy and will last for a very long time

Easy to use
This pizza peel is very easy to use and it’s not heavy. I’m in my 70s if I can lift it with a pizza all made up and ready to go into the oven. It’s not that heavy. I was able to also retrieve the pizza easily enough. it would is smooth has a good beveled edge, making it easy to scoot under the pizza. I put rice, flour, and cornmeal on it prior to putting the dough on. I pressed out the dough on the peel, and had no problem with it sticking. It does a really good size pizza For the oven. If I need another one, I would buy it again without hesitation. No I was not paid for this review.

Great Peel for the Home Pizza Maker
When I began making pizzas at home I had used a metal peel. At the time I was new and didn't do my research on different types of peels. As a result, my early pizzas were often disasters due to dough sticking on the metal peel. Learning more about the craft, I knew I needed to add a wooden peel to my pizza making toolkit. I ordered this peel and the dough sticking struggles were a thing of the past.This peel is great for making pizza at home. It's the right size for most home ovens. It's light, and has a tapered edge that slides the pizza off the peel onto a stone or baking steel with ease. I usually put some cornmeal on the peel before I transition the pizza to the over. It's also easy to clean. I'll occasionally treat the peel with mineral oil to avoid the wood potentially drying out and cracking.

Solved my sticking problem
Got this after being frustrated trying to use a metal perforated “non-stick“ pizza peel. Dough stuck all the time. This wood peel is great. A good dusting with flour and no more sticking. It’s well made, too. Highly recommend.

Looks great, lacking some quality
Just received my peel and have not used it yet. 14x16 w/ 12" handle. I needed a peel for launching my pizza. Dough kept sticking to my steel peel (even with semolina flour) and I read a wooden peel will fix this issue. The look of the peel is excellent. There are some very minor quality issues - some edges are sanded a little more than others - the end of the handle is not square. Nothing major. There is also no finish on this peel. I plan on using my cutting board conditioner on this peel to keep it from drying out/cracking/warping with repeated washes and our dry climate. I expect this product to work as advertised... to build and launch my pizza. It'll have to really impress or really fail to meet expectations for me to change the rating after using - I'm not expecting either.

Love it
This pizza peel is amazing for making your pizza on and putting it into the oven. I love that I can even take the pizza out and cut it on this. No more wasting a cutting board or scraping up my metal pizza peel.
