Very pleased with the purchase.Looks: The delivered product looks 98% same as the one in the photo here at Amazon. The only diff is in the finishing. The one in the photo is impeccably finished. The one I received has ignorable finishing flaws that a lot of people won't notice.Comfort: The primary objective of this is to provide much needed to your lower back. It does that. Product is neither too hard nor too soft for me (I weigh 65 kg).Usage: I purchased it for chair with computer table where I spend a lot of time. Even as the product is originally designed for use in a car, it is equally good for my purpose.I had ordered from AutoFurnish India. They did a great job with packaging. It arrived on time packaged nicely is two layers of plastic. The only way to damage this in transit could have been if someone pierced it with something sharp. This product is great. For back pain you can use it and I am sure you will be benefited. The product quality is good, I can not said it is excellent but quality is OK. I think if you are using it everyday you will have not problem over a year. For a price if 140-150 i think it is good enough

Good for back support
I already had a similar one which I had bought from Singapore. While this product satisfies the purpose, but the quality of the net used is not so great and hence I already see some wear and tear barely after 2 months use.
