Candy Molds Silicon

Arrived promptly. Nice size for bite size candies. Appear to be thick enough to resist tearing but still allow for easy candy removal. Good mix on designs. Well worth the price.

My kids like to use them. They are sturdy and do what they say they will.

What a fun little addition to the kitchen! My little guys (ages 8 and 5) enjoyed "helping" me create our mini masterpieces. First, we put four blocks of almond bark into our chocolate melter. (That's what we call it. I'm not sure what the official name of that gadget is.) Next we used a spoon to put the melted chocolate, and then we put the molds on a cookie sheet and then into the freezer. They were ready to eat in about thirty minutes.We also tried using them for ice cubes, and they worked perfectly! Such a simple little thing. My boys loved it! They are already talking about using the molds to make Jell-O Jigglers. Should be fun!For this particular order, we bought the brown molds. My five year old son thought that the molds "already looked like chocolate" and both boys thought they were fun to touch because of the springy silicone. Each set ordered comes with three different mold trays. For ours, we had one tray with little people on them (maybe super heroes? or goofy little creatures of some sort?) If you look at the photo I uploaded, you will see that each person/superhero/creature has a different design on its tummy: a lightening bolt, a sunshine, a flower, a first aid sign or a music note. These are the ones we tried to use ice with. Unfortunately, my photo of the glass with little ice people doesn't really do the product justice. The second tray of ours kind of reminds me of Rolo candies: a circle with a circle in the middle.The last tray came with a few different designs on it: 4 Volkswagon bugs, 4 rocking horses, four Lego blocks, and three teddy bears. The most difficult molds to pour chocolate into was this last tray, as the intricate details made it a little tougher.The Qasass Silicone Chocolate Candy Molds are made with a seemingly high quality silicone. Though we didn't use ours in the oven, the item description on Amazon says they are both microwave and oven safe. This makes the possibilities of how they could be used even greater! I just wish that they would have come with directions for different recipes or ideas. The back of the box has only a very basic description. (This was the reason for the four stars.)Otherwise, my boys and I really enjoyed these molds and can't wait to use them again. They were easy to wash as well. Disclaimer: I bought the Qasass Silicone Chocolate Candy Molds at a discounted price with the expectation that I would take the time to use the product, analyze my experience with it, and write an honest review of my experience. I will update my review if my experience changes over time.
