My 12-year-old son takes this multi every day. He likes that the size of the capsule is slightly smaller, which makes it easer for him to swallow.

My 13 yo has tried a variety of vitamins and is most consistent with these. I notice a difference in his energy and focus when he's consistent with these.

While there are many gummie vitamins that are sweet containing corn syrup and covered with sugar, this one is just packed with the necessary vitamins. Not sweet or anything entertaining to put in your mouth, but way more health conscious than those that are soaked in sugar and syrup that is contrary to the purpose of taking vitamins. My son is totally happy with this concept and the takes the vitamins everyday feeling safe that he is not harming his body.

My sons wbc was very low upon an annual check up. He doesn’t eat a well balanced diet. Decided to purchase these to improve his labs. I picked these bc there are no unnecessary ingredients and felt like they were the healthiest options and the price was on point. A month of taking these everyday, sometimes missing a day or two , drastically improved his labs. I highly recommend and will purchase more.
