Sempre utilizo o MCT no pré treino, malho as 6hrs da manhá, porém utilizava o octane brain ou MCT da equaliv. No entanto, da ultima vez, experimentei esse da NOW e não me arrependo. Ele é saborizado, deixa o café um gostinho bom, mas a embalagem, assim como o da equaliv NÃO É BOA. Desses 3 que mencionei, com certeza, a melhor embalagem é o da OCTANE BRAIN, todavia é o mais caro sempre.

After reading some reviews about broken caps and leaky packages, I was pleased to see the bottled wrapped tightly in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and placed inside a sealed plastic bag to prevent leaks. To me, that shows the seller took some of those reviews to heart and improved their packing method.I splashed some in my coffee (didn't measure), I didn't notice any drips (as mentioned in reviews) but suspect this can easily happen. I may get a squeeze bottle if this becomes a problem. I already had a flavored coffee so not sure how intense the oil flavor was but I did detect a hint of mocha flavor and it was nice. The oil created this very rich mouth feel that I enjoyed, similar to when I add butter to my coffee.Will update review after some time has passed if I see any health benefits from it

I had to stop using it. Made my stomach hurt and spent hours in the bathroom.

Good product but just a hint of chocolate flavor.

I use it in coffee: Lots better experience/flavor than just having plain old oil floating around.I like to dip sour dough bread in it.I add it to my "watered down" Kefir drink. (Similar to Indian Lassi.)I like NOW products in general and this one also does not disappoint.
