Alkaline Mineral Water Ionizer Pitcher -3.5Liters (1) From shenzhen HSJ company

Very unhappy. I ran water 2.5 times as instructed (not even sure what 1/2 means?) through the new filter in the pitcher, following all instructions, and the water stayed dark. I filled the reservoir a couple of more times, and each progressive fill drained more slowly. Now the water sits in the reservoir and won't drain at all. I have removed the filter and re-attached, etc., to no avail. I was issued a refund, but I had to pay S&H to return the product - $12.75 - which as half of what I paid/my refund. So, I paid $12.75 and got nothing but a hassle.

i bought this on April 17 2017. The reviews were all great hight remarks . Now I look and all the reviews are negative! I was wondering why after eight months of usage and not changing the filter my water is still testing high in alkaline. NO WAY! I realize manufacturers would say anything to sell their products. I am very disappointed to have been duped! Not only that the price dropped drastically. Where is the justice.

These new ones, the lid fits so much better than my blue one, and it has a LED display on lid to let you know when the filter needs changing. The water is so good, my ORP readings are around -80 +- the only thing it doesn't say in the instructions is how long it last at -80 ORP, you are suppose to use it within 9 hrs or so, it loses its negativity slowly...This is my 3rd and fourth buys for my son and daughter use, Only one draw back would be the slow filtering thru the single hole at bottom of filter.

Love the taste- hate the pitcher lid which in reading other reviewers I knew would suck. Also my wife who took the time to read the set up insists that you don't just dump water in new filter and drink while running to work!? I really don't recall any issues other than feeling grit from initial pre-rinse pass BUT do follow instructionsotherwise expect the lid to fall off pitcher again and again

Works really well.. filters water in less than 10 minutes. You will have pH of 10 in mere minutes. The pitcher design is annoying or I would have given 5 stars. The top falls off...it is not secured to the base. You have to be careful how you fill it up, you cannot fill the reservoir even close to full because it will pour out the lid down the handle. I only fill it up part way, wait for it to filter then fill it again. The pouring mechanism is also frustrating, it doesn't pour easily or quickly, the flow is choppy it spits out the water.

I love the way my water taste ever since I started using this product it is fantastic I drink a lot more water if it takes all the the Filter Works beautifully for taking all the all the junk and everything in the regular tap water taste better than bottled water to me so I love I love everything about it thank you

horrible! lid falls off! filter clogs all the time! got a furious wife complainig! water mixes when you pour! do not buy this stuff!

the electronic indicator failed working the very next day...not good quality overall. I am giving two stars for the quality of water, which seems good compared to the tap water.
