Garden of Eden Probiotics for Women 50 & Wiser is a wonderful product. I have been using it for years. I feel a noticable difference when I take the capsules.I recommend this product highly!

I’ve always loved and trusted this brand, and this probiotic has been no exception. Taking it daily has really helped improve my gut health, and I’ve noticed a positive difference since incorporating it into my routine. My only complaint is that you have to take two capsules a day. Since I already take a handful of supplements, I’d prefer if the full dose were in just one capsule for convenience. Other than that, it’s a great product that I highly recommend!

This is an excellent product! However I feel like the Vaginal Care from RAW helped me a little better, because I am not quite through menopause yet. But this product is definitely worth its cost. In purchasing it off of Amazon, it is cheaper, but it is shipped without an ice pack. I called the company, Garden of Life, and the woman told me that when the capsules are filled, they put in a higher count of live cultures than it says on the box, to allow for die-off when the product is shipped out. However, living in AZ, I think I am going to pay more money come summertime, to have it shipped on ice and still have enough viable product left inside the capsules. I also know you can test the probiotic to see if it is still viable in a 1/4 c. of milk. You empty the contents of the capsule into the milk and let it sit out on the counter for the next 6 - 7 hours. If it is still viable, the milk will start to curdle. I have done this and it is effective way to test your probiotics. However, if you want to be extra safe during the hot summer months, have it shipped with an ice pack or buy it in a store. Overall, after reading lots of labels and researching probiotics, I feel that this company makes one of the best probiotics out there and I personally have noticed a difference.

Update: I emailed the manufacturer with ny concerns about not being delivered in a cold pack. This is the response:We do understand your concerns. We still maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels throughout all stages of production of the probiotics. Additionally, we have over formulated the probiotics with more than the guaranteed CFU. Upon receipt, please continue to store the probiotics in the refrigerator.I normally really like this product but I'm disappointed that it didn't come in a cold pack. They arrived in my mailbox on a 90 plus degree day. They were hot. The manufacturer recommends they be kept at or below 71 degrees. Wondering if they are even any good.
