I ordered this ab belt thinking it was going to be as good as the Domas Ab Belt since it had a lot more reviews but boy was I wrong. This ABFLEX Ab Belt is not even close to being as powerful even though it goes up to "100." It literally did NOTHING for the abs or the obliques. Just tickled a little bit whereas the Domas Ab Belt actually contracts the abs. I ended up returning this ABFLEX and repurchasing the Domas Ab Belt because I had such great results with it. It also has 3 pads that actually work the obliques as well. The difference is night and day. You can actually see/feel it working the abs with the Domas belt (even at 1/4 strength) whereas I barely felt anything with this ABFLEX belt. Moral of the story is dont base your purchases off ratings. Clearly none of the people that purchased the ABFLEX belt have tried the Domas Ab Belt because if they had they would know that the ABFLEX is inferior in every way. If you're looking for a proper ab belt that actually works I would say DO NOT purchase this belt. Go check out the Domas Ab Belt and experience what a real ab belt should be. You will thank me later. My husband tried using this and he says it feels like he's being electrocuted. I like it, and have no idea what he's talking about ! 😅I've had something similar in the past and liked it, but the sticky parts wore out quickly, this doesn't have sticky parts so I don't have to worry about that! It's not something I would ever rely on to get a six pack, but it could help you on your way!

I was actually blown away by how much this belt surpassed my expectations based on some of these negative reviews. I think they are from people who are unfamiliar with using an EMS and / or out of shape. If you are neither of these I can strongly recommend this product to supplement your regular work out routine. If you’re a guy and aren’t feeling “it” a good tip is to shave or trim the body hair in the areas under the belt. As for max waist size for fit - I’d say probably 38 to be comfortable but for that and larger you should really limit your expectations on what this belt can do for you. Try out keto.

I like how comfortable it is I can lay down and let it go to work. The appearance is soft and durable and thought I can make it tighter but cannot. It fits right but I don’t like that I cannot make it tighter so I can actually feel the intensity. I have it on 99 and it is not extreme. I thought it was gone be where I can barely take it and that I will need to turn it down. I think the intensity needs to go up some more. It’s ok to relax with it and just to get the massage it’s giving. But I would of prefer where it’s like I’m doing crunching.

This is a great belt for massaging abdominal muscles. I did not see results from using the belt. As it did not contract the muscles. This would be a great belt for those who have had C-sections or surgery in the abdominal region. It treats it more like a vibration therapy than a muscle contracting device.

I had my 2nd kid almost 8 months ago and figured I'd give this product a try to help me firm up my stomach. I've been using this nearly every day for a month now and I've noticed a huge difference. I don't expect a six pack, but I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!!!

So I remember these things from about 15 years ago and they didn’t work however I wondered since it has been a long time since then I wondered if the technology had improved as it has in a lot of other health products especially since this one had a lot of good reviews. Well I have used this several times on max level for the suggested 30 minutes and while it hurt some it just felt like being shocked. It did not cause muscle soreness like I had been working them out as I would have from a normal workout and I did not feel my abdominal muscles engage while using it. I do not think this does anything. I am pretty sure the people that are giving it good reviews are just thinking bc it hurts it is working. Well, if you aren’t getting soreness after there is no point in this. You are just wasting your time and shocking yourself for fun. It almost felt like a massage to me but not a particularly pleasant one.
