Product as advertised and easy assembly
Although the order was posted to be delayed in arrival by 6 days it arrived on a few days later so happy about that. Product assembly directions were straightforward and easy...like 10/15 mins assembly from time of uncartoning the pieces. Chair feels steardy and comfortable, and bonus inline wheels make the movement very easy. Very satisfied thus far.

It's a solid chair, beautiful colors, and great value.
What I love:> Easy to assemble, and no tools required. It's all provided and clearly labeled as part of the package. It only requires the provided Allen Wrench and all the screws are clearly labeled. Including unboxing and checking inventory, the entire assembly took approximately 1 hour, taking my time.> Visually, the colors are vibrant (I purchased the Navy Blue) and make for a beautiful chair.> Roller-Blade wheels. These are noticeably superior to standard plastic caster wheels on most chairs. They roll very quiet on hardwood floors, and very easily. In fact, maybe a bit too easily. I found I needed to add a floor mat under the chair to keep it from rolling with every movement.> Armrest adjustments are very flexible. Height (6 Stops), Angle (In/Straight/Out), Depth (Slide FWD/Back 4 stops) and Width (Slide Left/Center/Right).> There is no 'PU Leather' (or worse.. fake PU Leather coating) on this chair. Which I love, because on prior gaming chairs I've had, PU always flakes off and ruins the aesthetic. This chair is well formed, feels 'solid' - even plastic parts. What I don't love (but YMMV):> The minimum seat height is 18.5" per the documentation. I'm on the short side. It never occurred to me to measure and check seat min-height, as all prior chairs I've had would sink so low, that it was too low for me. So take that into consideration. The lowest height for this seat is just slightly more than optimal comfort for me.> The mesh is not as tightly pulled as I would like. While this can be comfortable for some, it's not optimal for me, as I sink slightly lower into the seat, which causes some pressure behind my knees and eventual discomfort. This is also due to my height vs lowest seat height.> Lumbar support is "dynamic". Personally, I would prefer a manual adjustment. Yet again, this is where the chair ergonomics vs my height aren't optimal. I also think a tighter mesh pull would help lumbar support. So am I satisfied with it?:> Overall, yes. At least 90%. There's nothing *wrong* with the design nor construction. It's a solid chair, beautiful colors, and great value. But if you're on the shorter side, like me? It might not be optimal for your comfort.

60% of Aeron comfort at 20% the price
Value and Comfort: If you are looking for a Herman Miller Aeron clone or something similar, this is close. I do not find is as comfortable as the Aerons that I have at work but it is 20% the cost with probably 60% of the comfort. However, secondhand Aerons are similarly-priced and, if are i good shape, can maintain their comfort from new sales for years so I would recommend perusing local secondhand sales before purchasing this or a comparable office chair because you will get better value.Looks: It does not look cheaply-made and there was no noticeable imperfections even though it arrived in a box that had appeared to have busted open in transit.Adjustment: Has good adjustment capability and fits my body. 5'7" with an athletic 190-pound build. One observation is that I fidget a lot while sitting (crossing my legs, putting them up, sitting sideways) and this chair does not accommodate that movement well. To counter that point, it isn't made for that purpose and so it is just something to be aware of but not an actual shortcoming.

Quality chair! Highly recommend
After struggling with discomfort from my old chair, I took a chance on this one, and I’m so glad I did! It’s incredibly supportive, the adjustments are easy to use, and my back feels so much better. Highly recommend!

This is a Great Chair
This chair replaced one from a different company that had casters that did not roll smoothly, a gas cartridge that leaked, arm rests that had a limited range of motion, a head rest that did not move forward enough to rest my head. armrest pads that tore open, and was smaller.I just love the roller blade casters on this chair. They are larger so they roll smoothly over the edges of things on the floor. They have real bearings that will probably last forever. The chair is roomy and comfortable. I occasionally doze off while I am working and wake up feeling completely comfortable. It is very well made.

Wow! Amazing chair!
This chair provides firm support without being too rigid. The breathable mesh back keeps me cool, and the seat is the perfect balance between soft and supportive. Great investment for anyone who sits for long hours!
