TL;DR-=-=-Sharper focus. Easy to take. All natural.THE REVIEW-=-=-=-=-=-I've always been a bit all over the place when it comes to concentrating. I've read a lot about nootropics ever since watching the movie "Limitless" and finally decided to try out these "Brain Up" cognitive enhancers by Urbal. They are not a magic pill. Taking one doesn't make everything around me warm and fuzzy and suddently turn me into a walking genius. That I do on my own. :) What these pills DO do is kinda give my brain a bit of a logic jumpstart. Everything makes more sense, and seems to happen a lot smoother. One thing that is both a pro and a con is that these pills do not contain caffeine. This means that there is no jitters during or after taking them, but it also means that I can't double-up and use them to wake up or stay awake. Usually not a problem since I'll just drink something caffeinated, but thought I should point that out since there are a lot of other smart drugs which do contain caffeine. The pills are pressed pills, not too big, and easy to take. They have a faint herbally smell, but nothing too overpowering. The dosage is easy (2 pills, once a day) and after a while it just becomes a habit. Ive been taking this for week now and I honestly notice the great effects this offers. More focus, more clarity, and help with memory. F or the past few years I feel like I'm in a constant brain fog and I am always exhausted. When I found out that there are supplements that help with that I thought why not!?This is the second one that I have tired. After reading up on it a bit I have learned that it need to build up over a few days for you to notice that it is working. I haven't been taking it that long. I have noticed a slight improvement in my focus and energy but not enough to get me thorough my day. I am looking forward to seeing what happened when I continue to take this. I really hope it helps.
