Well made bag.The interior portion holds at least a weeks worth of clothes for my husband and myself, especially when the shoulder strap ring is unclasped from the side clasps at the bottom of the bag.The bottom is heavy double layered canvas with four small round metal bumper feet on the underside, the leather is actually around the sides of the bottom of the bag. The bottom panel is double stitched to the bag.If there is a cardboard insert it is very thin and stitched to be stationary underneath the lining.The inner cloth fabric lining is not attached to the canvas other than where it is sewn into the zipper seam.There are 3 interior pockets, the largest is zippered and will hold something of a paperback book or Kindle size.The vertical outside zippered pocket will fit not much more than a passport, the opposite side zippered exterior pocket will hold a clutch wallet sized item.The canvas is strong and well stitched, the lining is good quality fabric, not thin nylon. Both can be wiped down with a damp cloth.The zippers and pulls are good quality hardware.The bottom does not have a stiff insert nor does the shoulder strap have a movable shoulder pad.There are 4 round metal feet on the underside, no rubber bumpers.Too big for most airline carry on requirements when expanded.

You'll never be embarrassed about being seen using it. Making it a gift will be gratefully received. The faux leather is very realistic. Metal buckles are tastefully understated, not gaudy ornamental fake brass. Comfortable to carry or be slung around a shoulder. I travel a lot, and this is perfect in that I don't "stand out" using it. I'm not a "mark".One thing I love is the heavy duty, water-resistant canvas it uses; instead of being a solid black color it has hints of grey. As this wears through years of hard use it will age well. It'll look seasoned, not ratty. This is damn near a lifetime investment.While this is smaller than what I use for carry-on plane luggage, it's perfect as a gym bag or a weekender. Extra pockets are large enough to be practical serviceable size.

VERY nice travel bag!!! I am always going on small weekend trips and absolutely hate taking a luggage with me everywhere I go. I worked myself down to a gym bag but the gym bag is too large as well! So when I saw this bag, with a really cool old school canvas look, I had to get it!The bag arrived quickly and just in time for a trip! I chose the black one, now it’s not a try black and I love that about it. It’s kinda like a salt and pepper look to it! The bag has multiple different large pockets making it easy to store different toiletries and accessories. In my photos you can see I very easily was able to store a size 7 pair of woman's shoes. You can also see me very easily store my size 11 shoes in the inside of the bag. The bag has side handles and a shoulder strap making it easy for storage and transportation!! As I was unboxing I was surprised by the significant weight of the bag. It translates to a very nice thick heavy canvas. For the reasonable cost of this perfectly sized bag there are no compromises. I did not expect it to be fully lined or double reinforced at the bottom. Both ends unzip to expand the main section by 2" on each end. A pair of slippers or reasonably sized shoes can also fit in the end pockets. Four external pockets. Two interior open drop pockets in the front for card wallet or cell phone. A 4" x 4" zippered interior pocket at the back for a passport or wallet. Pure perfection.

If there's one thing I really like about this bag it's the sellers. They were gracious enough to quickly replace my faulted bag that had a hole in one of the pockets. The new one came promptly and it feels more sturdy than the one before. There's more than enough pockets for all your sorting needs, very spacious inside, and it looks quite handsome. I'm very excited for my upcoming trips with my stylish solid bag.I have kept my previous reviews below.I originally really like this bag but the second time I open my side pocket there is a hole from the seam not being strong enough. It is truly aggravating and I might want to return it but I travel at such random times I don't want to be left without a bag. But I will most likely return it as I'm sure the entire of the bag is just as cheap as this pocket.Pretty great weekender bag that has plenty of space and pockets. I just wish it was stiffer for easier packing and carrying, not a lot just a little so it would stand up more on its own.

Saw this during holiday sales and loved the look. I'd been searching for a weekend bag that could easily go into a hotel and not require 5-hands, a hip, and holding my phone in my mouth to maneuver or open doors. This had a great look with the denim and leather. I've used it multiple times in the last year; and, it looks the same as the day I received it. Sadly, the inside is very small. It could maybe...maybe...hold a weekend if you plan on spending most of it without clothes. The pockets are small, but nice and can hold travel sized necessities. Clothes - maybe a pair of underwear and a tshirt. If you need slacks, or a dress shirt, then forget about it. Don't plan on putting a book or tablet/ipad in there unless a mini. If one is having a fun trip that doesn't need a lot of clothing for it, this could work for the little things
