Dried Pandan leaves, Premium quality naturally dehydrated Ceylon Pandan leaves 25g (pack of 1)

I have been looking for organic/organically grown authentic Sri Lankan products to cook my lentils full of flavour and, I could not find anything in health food stores. So, I went on amazon and felt in love with this one I purchased. It is wonderful! I made a curry dhal (Parippu curry) dinner that has been a success. 5 stars because I cannot give it 10! Highly recommended high quality product.

We have the hoppers cookbook and decided we need to make a few recipes after getting bored with Mowgli and atul recipes. These pandan leaves are in loads of the recipes and absolutely gave us the authentic Sri Lankan flavour we are looking for. Apparently they can be picked out like bay leaves but edible too if cooked for long enough. Excellent packaging, good price and prime delivery (unlike some other Sri Lankan curry ingredients on Amazon) so what's stopping you buying?

As advertised. No concerns

Bought this for a recipe I was making as the smallest amount by weight I could find on-line, the leaves are dried so weight very little so 25g is quite a big bag, more that I will ever get through for sure. As I hadn't used before I wasn't sure how this would taste in the dish but it was fine albeit slightly chewier than I had expected, maybe an acquired taste!

Product delivered on time, a good price and good quality. Used as an ingredient in Sri Lankan recipes. Requires soaking in water to rehydrate the leaves; however instructions on the package are not clear on whether the water should be hot or cold. Product is recommended and will buy again.

Have made ceylon curry many times but never used these leaves nice flavour
