Q: Can this be used with the current wireless Arlo system that has no audio? I would love to add one with sound to monitor my baby.

Yes it can. I have 5 without audio and prepaid for one with audio and speaker. You can add up to 6 cams with or without audio on to one base unit. Hope this helps.

Q: Will the Arlo Q record through a window at night and will the infrared light interfere with the clarity?

I use the Arlo to record out my front window. The light from the night vision reflects off of the glass therefore preventing the camera from getting a clear image. I have the night vision turned off and the camera does an excellent job in capturing images in low light conditions.

Q: Can i watch live feed and get alerts over my cellular data, or do i need to be on wifi

You need wifi at home to provide the camera an access point, but then you can you can use your mobile cellular network to receive notifications and stream the video
