Hydraulic has already lost some lift.

DIDN'T WORK WELL

Much lighter person can use this one, even if it is for heavier person. My dad said it really helped him get up from the kitchen chairs. He is 93 and his knees are bad. He did not find that it was uncomfortable to sit on. Said it felt more comfortable than the chair.

This seat is junk! Does not work at all. Its either so tight you cant sit down, or it just goes down. When you come up, it comes up, but in no way does it “assist” in any way at all. I am 280lb and it is not useful at all.And the seller will refuse refunds! I sent multiple emails. Finally had to seek Amazon assistance. Dont buy! And dont buy from this seller!

My husband is 250 lbs and this is already broken.

This is the third one we had. They are wonderful and the only way my husband can get up. The one we through out was about two and half years old. It was used everyday on a lift chair. Hubby weighs 208 pounds and is 6'4" tall and has polymyosistis. His own body is eating all of his muscles.We have an electric one that we use at motels. It worked wonderful until they are going memory firm mattresses. Thanks for asking

for my 225 lb spouse. This is a real help for those who have leg problems or are mobility impaired. She's been using this unit on a soft recliner with no problems for several months now. If you or someone you love needs a seat lift, this is the one to buy.

Great help for my wife who just had knee replacement. She can now get up without having to put pillows or spacers in the chair.
