Stain Be Gone Pen Clothing Care, 1-Pack(3 Pens)

Not happy with these.I purchased them long ago, and just skimmed reviews to see if they would convince me to maybe try them again. Nope. Reviews are too mixed.Mine leaked, which defeats the purpose of having them to thrown into a purse, bag, or pocket to have for on-the-go stains. Plus they did not clear stains as well as Tide stain pens. Even when they did remove a spot/stain, they also left a watermark-like line, a circle showing where you used it.I'm back to Tide To Go pens. They have been great for coffee, tea, even Chambord. (I'm not the biggest Tide fan - e.g., the pods laundry detergent did not work for me. That's another review, another time.)From the pens I've tried, none of them work well on grease spots. Liquid pen stain remover removes liquid types of stains, not oils. So don't expect miracles, but some types do great on basic "spills," even of burgundy colors on beige clothing. Not these, though.

We like these much better than Tide stain sticks. They seem to be better at getting stains out, and don't leave a ring on your clothes when it dries (even on light colored clothes). The only issue is that the tip isn't as secure as it should be and after several uses it may come off. But it's easy to just put it back and keep going. And for about half the price of the Tide sticks, I can deal with it!

I've only used these once - to spot treat a silk shirt I was wearing that I got hot oil on (figures right... the one day I try and eat a fried pastry...) It did help pull up the oil and was easy to use, but it left a watermark on the silk so I ended up having to wash it anyway. Still these are nice for the price, and if I have any problem with them on another fabric, I'll be sure to update the review. These have a flat, circular marker like tip. Easy to use and not leaky.

I guess it keeps stains from setting until the clothes can be washed.It doesn't remove any of the stain--at least not that I could find. It doesn't seem to make them come out any easier when I wash the spot by hand later.So the benefit must be the non-setting part.I used to use Shout in the stick form. The old Shout in the stick was excellent. It's no longer made and the formula for what's out there has been changed to the point where none of them are as effective. I guess that puts them in compliance with the new washers that can't clean clothes.

These stain be gone sticks are great! In my opinion they work better than the tide to go sticks. The only reason for 4 start is that one of the sticks was dried out when I got them. Other than that I would definitely buy again!

I wish I could have said that this product was more than I thought it was going to be for the price paid - thus making it a "good deal", unfortunately I am reminded of the old saying, "you get what you pay for" I have used the Tide pen and there is no comparison. As it was mentioned in reviews prior to mine -1) Poor Design2) Seemed to create stain, not remove it3) Pen Tip - broke on initial use4) Pen was not filled all the way and or evaporatedBottom line - didn't hate it but will NEVER purchase again.

I used to carry around Tide to Go all the time, but I went to use it not too long ago and found that my stain pen had dried up. I found this pen and decided to give it a try. I've used it a few times when I've managed to dribble on myself, and for me it works as well as the Tide pen did. The tip isn't as nice as the Tide pen, however. It's not really meant for "scrubbing" the liquid into the fabric but rather blotting it on.I do like this product and plan to purchase it again when I run out.

I received the product with leaks all-over the pens. I am not happy on this order
