We ordered these for our at home gym. Our barbell has the screw-on clips to hold weights in place which take forever to put on and take off. These make changing weights so much easier and they fit perfectly. We ordered two more sets so we could use them on our dumbbells as well.

Perfect for use. I bought these for a 1" threaded barbell, and so far they've done the job admirably well. I've read that locks like these don't work as well on threaded bars, but these have held up even with cleans and snatches, not even budging a (visible) millimeter.My only (very very) minor gripe would be that they don't open wide enough to easily slide onto the bar, but that's probably a factor in how tight it fits and therefore how well it does its job.

Decent but they loosen quickly. Would NEVER trust with overhead lifts.

The size I ordered was 23-26mm. 23mm is 0.90 inches. My bar is 24mm or 0.94 inches. But these clamps are loose when fully closed. Loose meaning the clamp inner side is not actually touching the bar. It is not gripping the bar at all! One millimeter seems like a minor difference, but with a 1 inch diameter a very, very small difference is diameter makes a big difference. I bought these only because they listed several specific sizes for variations found with nominal "one inch" bars. I chose the smallest diameter, but it doesn't fit, because it doesn't actually grip down to 23mm. The smallest it gets is probably around 24.5mm. The clamps are good, but WATCH OUT FOR THE EXACT SIZE!

I bought these for a very old Cap loadable dumbbells that are now seeing the light of day. These collars are working much better than the standard clip collars and allow me to move the dumbbells around fairly freely without having the plates move around.

These are leaps and bounds better to me than those metal clamps that u have to squeeze the life out of your hands to get on the bar. Highly recommend for the sanity-saving benefit alone!

Not worth the minuscule amount of space it takes up.

These are convenient, but loose. I've got a 1 inch bar with the screw on clamps. I ended up adding a small piece of cycling bar tape to one half. This made it clamp securely enough. I wish I could have found a dedicated 1 inch clamp in this style.

Came within a couple of days and keeps the plates in place well. So much easier than the spin lock arrangement

Just what I needed. They are easy to slip on and off the bar but keep the weights in place once tightened. My bar is 25cm diameter. Easier to use than spring clips.
