You only get one chance to apply it: One speck of dust and it's ruined.
Four stars for the product and packaging; one star for the instructions and adhesive. As far as I can tell, this protector is great, but I will be removing it as soon as Amazon can deliver a different one.One speck of dust under the film completely ruined it. After placing once, there is no way to remove the dust from the adhesive on the back of the screen. After trying tape, microfiber, alcohol swab, and even washing it, the single speck of dust remains to haunt me for aas long as the Hero Glass remains on my phone. It's my fault for letting a piece of dust there, but I would have liked to seen a much larger warning about only getting one attempt at placement: Something to the effect of "if there is any dust under the protector when placed, you can never remove it, so be extra very super careful"I am not new at installing screen protectors and work in a foggy bathroom, on a clean tray with freshly washed hands. A no-name eBay glass protector for a friend's iPhone was ok to remove a speck of dust from. The protector itself seems good but not spectatular. It's thin and the rounded edges should prevent it from lifting. I cannot really tell that it has an oleophobic coating: smudges from my fingers show up easily where they would not show at all on the Note 3's bare screen. All in all, It seems good, and the fancy 'silica anti-static adhesive' may hold it well, but I'm dissapointed that I only had one chance to place it or else ruin it forever. So it's replacement will be the cheapest tempered glass pretctor I can find that claims to have an oleophobic coating.

Mine was not ideal, liked the Tech Armor ones better
I am the "applier of screen protectors" for the family of 5 and the extended family. This Hero Glass one did not go onto my Samsung Note 3 as well as the Tech Armor ones. It seemed not to be flat and I could not get the protector to make contact with all of the areas. It was not a dust or cleanliness issue because I removed a screen protector, cleaned, and there was no evidence of dust (which is obvious when it happens).I could have returned it, but not worth the effort. This could be the case that mine was flawed and others may get good ones.I just bought a slew of Tech Armor ballistic ones after trying both and have applied 5 of them on various phones with no issues.

Almost perfect
This is a very good piece of glass that protects my screen however in the process of putting it on and using Scotch tape to remove all dust particles I may have given my screen a nose hair line scratch. Oop, despite my efforts to keep screen pristine. In the future I will get a protector to put on immediately after opening up a new phone. The glass had some tiny grain or imperfections but not enough to be visible when put on so it took me an hour to remove all dust particles but is now protecting my phone. It is thick and study. Then I through a Seido Obex case on both anyway.

just get it
Very good screen. took me a few tries to get it just right. No bubbles on mine. If you try to line up the home button, then the top partially blocks the front camera. If you line up the camera, then the hole isn't perfect for the home button. However that's the arrangement I went with and it works fine.I haven't smashed it with a hammer or tried to drag keys across it but it looks great and cleans up well.

Absolutely perfect!
After going through the trauma of cracking the screen on my last cell phone, I wanted to make sure that I got a great screen protector for my new Note 3. I've never been a fan of screen protectors...it seems that they usually decrease the responsiveness of the phone, decrease the sharpness of the screen, or they end up with bubbles that won't go away. So, I thought I'd take my chance on the Hero Glass. This was by far the easiest application of a screen protector that I have ever done. Everything lined up perfectly, and it went on easily. I will say that you need to be patient with the bubbles that you will inevitably have under the glass...just keep working on them. After a few minutes, I had all the bubbles worked out, and it looked perfect. The response is not diminished at all. I have this paired with an Otterbox Commuter case, and I couldn't be happier.

One Amazing Screen Protector
This screen protector is amazing. First, the packaging was not at all what I expected. Comes in a pretty fancy package that made sure the protector was well protected. They give you everything you need to clean your screen really well and a cloth to get all the little lint off. The screen protector feels like it has really great quality and even covers the front camera nicely. Takes a little to adjust the protector to the screen but it fits perfectly once you get it right. Now I seriously can't even tell I have a screen protector on it. Great product. Will definitely buy again if needed to.

HERO GLASS 0.18mm Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note 3
I have this screen protector on my Samsung Note 3.Goes on easy, make sure you clean the phone. Before I had the ZAGG - InvisibleSHIELD HD. After 6 months on the phone, the Zagg was showing alot of scratches, plus I didn't care for how rubbery it felt.I've read reviews that HERO GLASS makes the screen look better, I disagree. I don't see any difference. For now, I like the HERO GLASS. I hope it can stand up to the everyday use.Yes, I would recommend this screen protector.UpdateIt's been over a month now, and the Hero Glass is not standing up to my expectations. As much as I baby the phone,It's showing light scratches. I always keep the phone in a secure place, not sure how I scratched it. I love the smoothness that it has. I still recommend this product, just make sure you buy it on sale.

Not for me
Did not like this product at all. Installation was not easy even after watching the instruction video. I was left with too many air bubbles that would not move to the edges. Returned promptly.
