Q: is this product "refillable" ?

Yes, you can buy any neutralizer granules and open it up to put more in when these have been fully dissolved away.

Q: Can I hook this up to a furnace?

Yes it has several adapters to plumb from furnace condensate line to the neutralizer. You can come in from the side or the top. The outflow is only at the side

Q: Can the neutralized condensate drain into the SaniPro Best for removal to the waste line?

Yes You can come out the side and plumb a line to a stand pipe with p trap. Or you could buy a condensate pump to transfer the neutralized condensate to suitable dispoal

Q: Is this directional? Can the flow go either way?

I sold the building that I used this in last year but I remember the an arrow stated the direction of flow. It needs to be this way because the conensate entering is higher than the conensate exiting the Neutralizer
