I thought this thing was going to be too small when I unboxed and super uncomfortable if I was able to magically get it done up. To my amazement it not only was I able to get it on properly, it was super comfortable too. It was weird seeing my actual body shape once my extra skin was supported, I also started sweating right away. I purchased this solely because I needed support while working out and have extra skin and very little abdominal muscle tone due to giving birth to 11lb+ babies. I need something to support during (CrossFit) workouts while I get fit for mommy makeover and this legit is part of my daily workout attire now. It held everything where it needed to be, allowed me to breath and move freely during hardcore workouts, AND an added bonus of providing back support and movement control to have proper form during weightlifting, burpees, and more. Will purchase more!

OK so I was scared when I bought this because I ordered a medium before I looked at the size chart, but turns out the medium actually fits very well as you can see in the video. I am actually on the last hook but I refuse to go to a small just yet. It fits perfectly and I got a great sweat with no enhancements no creams just me and the best we will be purchasing again.

UPDATE!!! Well gotta say this works fantastic for workouts. I got this 10 days ago. Could barely get it fastened on the first hooks and needed my husband help me get it zipped up. 10 days later along with my diet, exercise and this product I am now on the last hook and can easily zip it up myself. I’m excited to see where I will be in the next 2 weeks. More than likely will be looking to get into the largeI just received this product yesterday. I ordered an x-large and can snap it on the first hook…it’s a little hard to zip up but once I did it fits great. I have t tried working out in it yet which is why the 3 stars at the moment. I’ll try that later today and provide an updated review. I already feel it helping with posture and already feel it working with the sweat factor without too much exertion. I’m excited to see how this works

First off I am a Large in men’s t shirt and a xl in women’s (barely wear women’s) but nonetheless. First I ordered a 2xl after reading damn near all the reviews I get it (shipped fast) i can get it zipped but painfully return and order a 3xl because I figured it would give me the room I need. I get it “delayed” and it fits the same as the 2xl. Wanting to return it and go with another brand because the sizing of this company sucks!!! Also some of the people in the reviews are bigger than me and still are able to fit the 2xl how I don’t know how but I bought this to sweat comfortably not waist train but to sweat. It has no stretch whatsoever and the band that velcros around 0% stretch as well. Very very disappointed. If you are small-large size this brand is for you extra large and up go somewhere else!!!

This item is truly worth the buy. It snatch in your waistline, give you great back support, curve your hunger and helps you sweat. A must buy. I'm starting to see my waistline slimming down. It's only been 5days.I wear to work, and then I workout in it.
