Best stuff on the planet!
I consider myself a honey connoisseur, and I'm always looking for something new to try. Quite frankly I was expecting this honey to be just so-so based on some of the reviews. However, after receiving my honey and having the pleasure of tasting it, I have to say this is the best honey I have ever had. Perfectly balanced with regards to sweetness and, oh, so terrifically wonderful. And don't be concerned about the negative reviews about the white foam. This is the good stuff and is supposed to be in the honey. I will never go back to eating regular liquid honey, ever. If you really love honey, I highly recommend you give this one a try. I bought the small jar since this was my first purchase, but I'm buying the large jar the next time. Oh so yummy!! I especially love this honey on my Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (full fat), and my toast in the mornings. I'm already looking forward to my next treat...! 😋

Not white, not creamy, disappointed.
At first i was very upset when this came in because i was expecting a beautiful white creamed honey with a smooth taste and texture and instead it just looked like regular honey and tasted like that too. It came in a liquid state not creamy and spreadable. However i knew that it was hot outside and stuck it in the fridge for awhile and then put it in the cupboard. The next day i tried it again and could taste a difference in it from regular honey. I'm very picky about my honey as i grew up my entire childhood next to a large bee farm and i know what fresh raw honey is like and my sister in law has her own bees too so I'm very familiar. However I've been wanting to try other honeys and decided to give this a try because it seems like great practice and honey. I would've been happy if it had come in the white creamy state instead of regular liquid with a smoother taste. It does taste amazing i will say and I've gone through half the jar in a week if that says anything, but i hope they are able to figure it out sooner than later because I'm not sure i will take another chance on this.

Very Delicious
I like the creamy texture of this honey and love the taste also. It’s very good on toast and just eat a spoonful. It’s not so sweet you can’t eat it and has health benefits also. It was packed very well when I received it.

Love it
This is the best raw honey I’ve tried so far. I really do enjoy it by itself and in my tea and love the consistency. I will continue buying it.I saw some reviews stating that real raw honey is not creamed and does not contain foam. It almost made me not buy this honey anymore. But I decided to do my own research and am glad I did. Please do your own research as well. But this is what I found:Honey foam - is a result of the tiny air bubbles in the honey escaping to the top, which causes the thicker, swirly white layer to form. This process is a sign that the honey has been packed naturally, without any heating or added artificial sugars. There is nothing wrong with the honey or the foam.Creamed Honey - is raw honey that has been stirred in a honey creamer (a big tank with an auger that spins the honey). It keeps the honey from crystallizing making it smooth and spreadable, but still keeping all the goodness and benefits of raw honey. It only changes the consistency of the honey so yes, it is raw honey.
