Love this magnesium because of the absorption! My daughter has a kidney disease & can't get a prescription for magnesium anymore. These are the best & do not cause diarrhea!

DID NOT WORK FOR ME
MY FOOT DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I BUY THESE PILLS, FOR MY PLANTAR FASCIITIS. HE HAD ME TAKE 2 PILLS 3 TIMES A DAY, ALONG WITH CYMBALTA. THE MAGINEX LASTED 2 WEEKS, & THE 30MG CYMBALTA WAS FOR 30 DAYS. NEITHER OF THESE MEDS DID A THING FOR MY FOOT PAIN. ALL MY TOES, ON BOTH FEET, ARE NUMB. THE BALLS OF MY FEET FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE CEMENT IN THEM. I GUESS I'LL JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE FOOT PAIN.
