Matzos were crushed to crumbs. Best by date is less than 2 weeks and won't be good for Passover.

After seeing only a one-star review here, I was really reticent to try this. But considering the $40+ price tag for the other brands, I decided it was worth it. (Pesach is so expensive anyway...) And I was REALLY pleasantly surprised. NOT burnt at all. Quite soft, actually. Decent flavor. It did NOT come broken. Most pieces were whole. We used the other brand for the sedarim, since my husband preferred the texture of that one. (We're all GF.) But this is the one I have every morning with cream cheese, and I much prefer it.

Unfortunately this product cannot be returned. Mine was burned black all around the edges. I tasted it and it tasted burnt, and upon chewing resembled the texture of wallpaper paste. Just terrible.

The pieces were whole, crisp, tasty and soft. Just what is needed for TMJ on Passover.

I love the idea of Organic Gluten Free Oat Matza, however this item came broken in many pieces. The shipper needs to pack it in a box with bubble wrap. Maybe it came from Amazon, but I am not sure who did the packing.

Every matzah arrived broken. Stale in flavor.

I love the soft texture and great flavor - but WARNING: this is more like "egg matzah" than the usual shmura.

This just arrived today and was expired almost a month ago!! It has apparently been shuffled around shelves for years because the edges are worn and crummy! Not happy at all. I assumed the low ratings were just for flavor (when does matzah taste good?) and decided to ignore that issue because avoiding a food allergy was more important. But this is old! Expired! And expensive! Again...Not happy at all!
