Wasn’t overly impressed and didn’t notice much of a difference after taking this over a month

I wanted to try these supplements as I have very thin hair. I didn't realize the company was founded by Elle MacPherson. The capsules contain a lot of great vitamins and herbal ingredients. There are 500 mcg of Biotin in the two-capsule dose. It also contains a good amount of Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, and Iodine. The bottle contains 60 capsules, which would be enough for one month. The description says it takes 2-3 months to see results. I just noticed it said not to take them in the evening because it could keep you awake. I have been taking them at night and didn't have any trouble sleeping, but I will take them in the morning from now on.

I have been using this for 3 months now. I have not seen any major hair growth or radical changes. What I have seen is my hair has stopped breaking off and falling out. That is great news!When I wash and comb my hair, there is less hair in the drain and in my comb. My hair looks a little bit fuller because it is no longer falling out. I know it takes time to see more results, and i will continue using this product. I have not had any side effects or any problems. I'm pleased.

Like any product such as this, consistency is key and you have to keep taking it and don’t see results for a while. Jury is still out for me.
