I have this hair and it is not quite to my shoulders, so I have to pin it up and then place the hat on my head. It could have been slightly smaller since it does not have any stretchiness in the fabric. The fabric is very comfortable. I was looking for something that would not make my head hot in the summer. I cannot keep my hair from going straight and losing any styling I give myself. So, I have been wearing wigs and hats to cover my thinning hair. This hat has a extra fabric on the crown of the head so it allows for you to make a little pouf at the top which helps to not have a flat look.

I was looking for something fast and easy for when I'm going out. Because of health issues, I'm too tired to try and do something with my thinning hair. I came across this when I was looking online for some scarfs, so I decided to give it a try. I liked it even better than the scarfs. In fact, I wear it quite often. I'd like to get something like this in lighter weight material for the summer. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to look around the store again before summer gets here and find just what I'm looking for. I do love this hat, though, and can't recommend it enough.

I ordered 4 of these and they were too big. They kept slipping down my forehead and the material kept slipping down in the back, not staying up in a scrunched position as pictured. I washed and dried them hoping to resolve the issue, but they stretched out as soon as I put them on. I wear a medium in other head coverings. I was unable to return them since they had been washed.

I purchased this for my best friend who was going through chemo and radiation treatments for lung cancer and she LOVED it, as she could not find anything that fit right. Whatever she tried kept falling off her head but not this hat she put it right on when I gave it to her and it looked and fit perfect. I must tell you she just got the word that she is clear from the lung cancer and we are all thankful. She is a wonderful and kind person. Thank you so much for making such a perfect hat I had to buy her another one.

I love this head cover, it is my "go to" on most days as well as to use to sleep in at night. The feature of having it a bit longer so that you can use it as a night mask is a nicely added bonus, plus the fabric is soft but not so much that it isn't resilient.NOTE: I suffer from Alopecia so I have virtually no hair but somehow seem to have stubble which can be annoying with some other fabrics when using the beanie to sleep in. This one is quite comfortable as it doesn't grab the short hair stubs nor is it too thick as to cause your head to get overly hot.

Although I am gratefully healthy I bought this hat to use when my curls get frizzy instead of pinning my hair up with claw clips. It's a very cute hat, lightweight, stylish and it has plenty of room to cover as much of my shoulder length hair as I want. This would be a lovely hat for anyone experiencing hair loss, too. Beautiful presentation and a lovely family company to deal with. I couldn't be happier. Both super cute and useful hat!!

Slouchy Cotton Knit Snood Cap for Cancer Chemotherapy - Dark Denim I have significant hair loss on the left side of my head due to radiation therapy. I have tried many brands of headscarves and caps and I have found the Slouchy Cotton Knit Cap style from Headcovers Unlimited to be the best. Since I still have hair on the right side of my head other brands of headcovers tend to slip. I work full time so it is very important that the covering look good. HU’s caps are the only ones I have tried that I have not had to tug at or fuss with throughout the day. I put it on and it stays in place, sometimes I even forget I have it on. The cotton knit is vey soft with a bit of stretch. They are well made and substantial but not too thick or too thin. The pin tucks in the cap help give it shape and a more stylish appearance. I think the slouchy snood style would look good on young and old alike. My head is larger than average so I need something that is not too tight which has been a problem for me with other brands and styles. I have purchased almost all of the colors available. I wish they came in even more colors, particularly a true red. It would also be great if they were a part of Amazon Prime. Prices are reasonable and seem to be regularly on sale, although I like these headcovers so much I would have paid more!

My girlfriend loves this head covering. She cried the day that we had to cut her hair but once it was cut and she slipped her slouchy cap on she felt much better.

This is the head cover I use the most, at home, and for casual occasions. Never hurts my ears. Soft against my tender scalp. I am on my way to the web site to order another color!

This style is great! I have it in many colors. It is a single layer of fabric, but the style and design include folds to compliment your head and face when you have no hair.

I have ordered four of these little hats and they are perfect. Losing my hair due to chemotherapy hasn't been easy but these hats make me feel comfortable and fashionable.
