They really shouldn't advertise these for adults
I purchased these to help with various kinds of nausea - motion sickness, morning sickness, etc., and they do provide pretty good relief. However, when I saw the description that they were recommended for a 5.5" wrist max, I didn't have a tape measure with me, so I ordered anyway assuming that since I'm too small for some women's clothing brands and have fairly small wrists, there was no way wrist bands meant for adults were going to be way too small for me. Later I did measure my wrists to find they were over 6", and as the seller's description predicted, the wrist bands were too tight to wear for very long. Given that I'm smaller than most adults I know, I'd say that the sellers should be advertising this product for children under 10 and make a larger version for older children and adults.

Had went numb after wearing them…
Was really excited to have these for my trip last week on the plane and at a theme park I was going to because I get motion sickness easily. Like others have mentioned, these are entirely too small for most adults! Even though they were pretty tight on my wrists, I decided to give them a go. After wearing them on several roller coasters (but taking them off in between rides), I didn’t notice much improvement in my nausea and instead think it pinched a nerve in my arm/wrist!! Half of my right hand has been numb for a few days now even though I have indicators of good blood flow. I wore them again today to try them out once more and after one hour, my hand is significantly more numb! I’m not even sure what to do at this point. Probably have to go to the doctor and definitely won’t be wearing these again. Maybe these work for some people but they caused more harm than good for me.

No Returns! Too small!!
These bands are very small and can’t be returned. They MAY work for kids and smaller adults. The first pic is in my hand (I am 5’9” and have normal size wrists). The second pic is on my very skinny 14 year old. She says t they are “snug” but might be ok on her size (100 lbs) or smaller. I’m annoyed because I bought two packs for the whole family and they can’t be returned. Bummer! If one pack was adult size it would be ok, but these are not adult size. Definitely not Sea Bands for quality either, but that would be ok if they were bigger. The white nob seems a little smaller than normal but may work ok. I can’t check if they work because these cute off my circulation!

They Work!
I purchased these for a family cruise. They worked! No one complained of nausea or dizziness the entire 4 days that we were on the ship. My son even used them at Disney. I wish I had! They fit very comfortably but they are not waterproof. Otherwise, well worth the price.

To small
I am used to wearing this type of motion sickness bracelet but I usually by the brand called Sea Bands. I decided to try these out to save some money as the other brand is $8 for 1 set of bands. These are barely child size. They are so unbearably tight to the point that they hurt. I had to leave the bands stretched around a large cup for a week just to get them to fit less painfully. These say they are for adults but I doubt they would fit a child comfortably. I understand they need to be a little snug but these just cut off circulation and I have been wearing this style of band for years now. I will be going back to the brand I usually use.
